Junior Maya Howard and first-year Claire Keefe were named the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year, respectively, as voted by the NCAC coaches.

Howard is the first Tiger to earn the honor since Katie Aldrich in 2012. She led the conference in points per game (PPG) with 15.3, and led the Tigers in assists (4.3) and steals (1.9). She was also named to the all-NCAC first team, an honor she received last year. She was joined on the first-team by sophomore Sydney Kopp, who currently averages 12.3 PPG and 5.4 rebounds per game (RPG).

Keefe was the first Tiger to receive the Newcomer of the Year honor since Howard in 2016. Keefe, an honorable mention all-NCAC selection, is third on the team in scoring (11.6) and second on the team in rebounds (5.4). She also leads the team with 19 blocked shots.

Senior guard Emily Budde earned second team all-NCAC honors. She currently averages 10.6 PPG.

Despite falling in the NCAC tournament semifinals to Wittenberg University, the women still earned their 15 consecutive trip to the NCAA tournament, as they will take on Trine University on Friday in the first-round of the tournament at Illinois Wesleyan University.
