Any DePauw University student with an active email account can now access WellTrack, a 24-hour interactive self-help therapy resource, according to a press release sent to students via email.
The service, which is advertised as a “suite of online tools and courses that help users identify, understand, and address mental health needs and issues in their lives,” includes assessment and tracking tools, self-help strategies and activities, and tips and resources to help with depression, anxiety, stress management and public speaking.
Students can access the resource by going to https://depauw.welltrack.com/.
Many colleges offer WellTrack as a resource for students, including Purdue University.
If students have questions, Malorie McGee, mental health and wellness educator, is the WellTrack contact. She will be tabling Wednesday, Nov. 6 and Nov. 13 from 11:30-12:30 p.m. in the Hoover lobby. McGee also has WellTrack office hours by appointment and Nov. 12 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. in the Union Building student organization space.
